Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and provide support & guidance to Sales and CX teams. Shepherd deals through the sales cycle & internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams Identify and document deal-making policies in support of the quoting and contracting process. Ensure compliance with published sales and business policies, and approve or reject/escalate quotes as needed based on policy and business judgment. Serve as a subject matter expert on continuous improvement of deal desk policies and procedures. Serve as point of contact & subject matter expert on deal policies, including contract terms, product and pricing guidelines, and business terms. Prepare in-quarter deal status and communication to management and executive leadership. Perform to a specified set of metrics and service levels.
5+ years of experience in a sales, revenue, CX operations, and/or financial analysis role with post-sales experience.
SaaS industry experience.
Enterprise, multi-product experience preferred.
Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses a strong work ethic.
