1. Act as a primary point of contact for patients undergoing urological treatment, guiding them through their care journey and providing support and assistance as needed.
2. Collaborate with urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' urological needs and coordinate necessary treatments and procedures.
4. Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatments, and medications.
