As a Urology Navigator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their urological care journey, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide personalized care and support to our patients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and has a strong clinical background in urology.   1. Act as a primary point of contact for patients undergoing urological treatment, guiding them through their care journey and providing support and assistance as needed.
  2. Collaborate with urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' urological needs and coordinate necessary treatments and procedures.
  4. Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatments, and medications.
  5. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during their urological care.
  6. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in urological care and incorporate them into patient care plans.
  9. Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
  10. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and their families to ensure a smooth and efficient care experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare Related Field, Such As Nursing Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Urology Clinic Or Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Urology Procedures, Treatments, And Insurance Coverage.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Previous Experience In Patient Navigation, Case Management, Or Care Coordination Is Preferred.
