  1. Conduct patient consultations and assessments to diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, considering their individual needs and medical histories.
  3. Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to, prostatectomies, bladder surgeries, and kidney stone removal.
  4. Monitor and manage patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on urological conditions, procedures, and post-treatment care.
  6. Work collaboratively with other medical professionals, including nurses, technicians, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in urology and participate in continuing education activities.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  9. Adhere to all medical protocols, policies, and procedures.
  10. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
  11. Participate in departmental meetings and discussions to contribute to the improvement of patient care.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care.
  13. Actively contribute to the growth and development of the urology department at Deaconess Health System.
  14. Collaborate with hospital administration to improve processes and enhance patient satisfaction.
  15. Represent Deaconess Health System in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Active And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Indiana.

  • Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification In Urology From The American Board Of Urology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting With A Focus On Urological Conditions And Surgeries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
