In this role, you will work closely with our HR team and department managers to identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and support employees in reaching their full potential.To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in talent development or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. - Develop and implement talent development strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Partner with HR team and department managers to identify training needs and design effective development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization.
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create engaging and effective development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content and materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into the organization's development programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to support talent development efforts.
- Track and report on key metrics and data related to talent development to measure the success of programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on talent development strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify top talent and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
- Support the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts by incorporating inclusive practices into talent development programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization and promote a positive and engaging work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Development, Training, Or Organizational Development.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Experience With Talent Management Systems And Learning Management Systems Preferred.
