  1. Oversee financial management and planning of all projects within Deaconess Health System.
  2. Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
  3. Monitor project expenses and provide regular updates to senior management.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  15. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  16. Ensure all project financial activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  17. Serve as a key point of contact for all financial inquiries related to projects.
  18. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of Deaconess Health System.
  19. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in financial management and project planning.
  20. Represent Deaconess Health System in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Accounting And Financial Planning.

  • Experience With Financial Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
