- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments for employees, including screenings, evaluations, and referrals as needed.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees, such as injury prevention, stress management, and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive and coordinated approach to employee health.
- Provide education and training to employees on various health-related topics, including proper ergonomics, safety protocols, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding occupational health concerns and provide guidance on appropriate resources and support.
- Conduct follow-up evaluations and assessments for employees returning to work after illness or injury.
- Keep up-to-date with current occupational health regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide the highest quality of care.
- Communicate with management and HR regarding employee health concerns and recommend strategies for improving overall employee health and well-being.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a safe and supportive work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or Related Field.
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (Cohn) Or Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Designation.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health And Safety, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Experience In Conducting Workplace Safety Inspections And Audits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Occupational Health And Safety Practices.
