  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Deaconess Health System, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee all digital initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes, to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners, to drive collaboration and support for the digital transformation strategy.
  4. Provide visionary leadership and inspire teams to embrace change and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital healthcare, and proactively identify opportunities for the organization to leverage emerging technologies.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards related to digital transformation, and develop protocols and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation projects and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Monitor and analyze the impact of digital transformation initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation projects, and ensure efficient use of resources.
