1. Monitor and respond to all incoming security calls in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Dispatch appropriate personnel to respond to security incidents and emergencies.
3. Maintain accurate records of all security calls and dispatch activities.
4. Coordinate with other departments, such as nursing and facilities, to ensure effective communication and response to security concerns.
5. Remain calm and composed during high-stress situations and provide clear and effective communication to all parties involved.
6. Follow established protocols and procedures for handling security incidents and emergencies.
7. Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the facility's layout, security systems, and emergency procedures.
9. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
10. Continuously assess and improve security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
11. Provide excellent customer service to all individuals contacting the security department.
12. Attend trainings and meetings to stay current on security protocols and procedures.
13. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
14. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including safety and security guidelines.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Manager.
