Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage patient appointment scheduling, including scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and canceling appointments when necessary.
2. Ensure that all patient data is accurately documented in the health system's system.
3. Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
4. Communicate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure that appointments are properly scheduled.
5. Prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
6. Collaborate as part of a team to ensure that patient needs are met.
7. Resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Monitor and analyze scheduling trends to ensure that the scheduling system is running smoothly.
