  1. Conduct audits and reviews of financial and billing data to identify potential revenue discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and compliant billing practices.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize revenue cycle and reduce potential revenue loss.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines related to healthcare billing and revenue integrity.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that could impact revenue.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with billing and coding teams to identify and resolve coding and documentation issues.
  8. Conduct training sessions for staff to promote understanding and adherence to revenue integrity policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor and track revenue trends and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  11. Participate in revenue cycle improvement initiatives and provide input on strategies for maximizing revenue.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all revenue integrity activities.
  13. Communicate with insurance companies and payers to resolve reimbursement issues and denials.
  14. Conduct regular reviews of charge capture processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management Or Revenue Integrity

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Policies

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Trends And Patterns

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
