Revenue Cycle Analyst Liaison

Deaconess Health System is looking for an experienced and motivated Revenue Cycle Analyst Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of analytical and communication skills and be able to provide support to our revenue cycle operations. The Revenue Cycle Analyst Liaison will be responsible for facilitating data analysis and reporting, creating communication plans, and identifying areas of improvement. If you have experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the drive to help us improve our processes, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or finance role• Excellent analytical skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments• Ability to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for improvement• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding standards• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

1. Facilitate data analysis and reporting related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
2. Create communication plans to ensure seamless information flow between different departments.
3. Identify areas of improvement in revenue cycle operations and develop strategies to address them.
4. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to analyze and interpret data.
5. Stay up to date with billing and coding standards and ensure compliance.
6. Collaborate with department heads to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Research and develop new processes and procedures to improve revenue cycle operations.
8. Monitor and track performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
9. Provide technical support and training to staff on revenue cycle operations.
10. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
