1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to adolescent patients in the Psych unit.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, based on their unique needs and conditions.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and healthy coping mechanisms.
