  1. Provide high-quality patient care by conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of psychology.
  4. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  6. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Assist in crisis intervention and provide support to patients in distress.
  9. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Deaconess Health System.
  10. Actively participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
  11. Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of psychology.
  12. Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  14. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and within designated timelines.
  15. Represent Deaconess Health System in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Clinical Psychology Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Indiana.

  • Completion Of An Apa-Accredited Pre-Doctoral Internship.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Techniques.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Maintain Ethical Standards In All Aspects Of The Job.
