- Conduct thorough analysis of current procurement system and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and make recommendations for efficient and effective solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the procurement system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure proper utilization of the procurement system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in procurement technology to continuously improve processes.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and prices for goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for changes when necessary.
- Work closely with finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all procurement activities.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the procurement system.
- Document all procurement processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Coupa.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Vendors.
