  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various departments of Deaconess Health System.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
  3. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  4. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
  5. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  7. Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
  8. Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, including infection control and safety guidelines.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  11. Continuously learn and stay updated on healthcare practices and procedures.
  12. Adapt to changing work environments and patient populations.
  13. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet patient care needs.
  14. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  15. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  17. Collaborate with other PRN Patient Care Technicians to ensure adequate coverage and support for the Resource Team.
  18. Serve as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior in the workplace.
  19. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and educational sessions.
  20. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for healthcare providers.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Medical Assistant (Ma) Certification

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Acute Care Environment

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Healthcare Team Members

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment

  • Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts And Schedules, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed To Meet Patient Care Needs
