PRN Patient Care Technician - Med/Surg

1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
2. Support and assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians or nurses.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of care provided.
