1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the urgent care facilities within Deaconess Health System.
2. Ensure efficient and effective functioning of the urgent care administration team.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth coordination of operations and effective communication.
