Practice Manager

Our ideal candidate should have prior experience managing medical practices, as well as a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service. The Practice Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our medical practices, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and excellence.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical practice management setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, vendors, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and direction to ensure that medical practices meet Deaconess Health System's high standards of quality and excellence.
2. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, vendors, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Manage and monitor medical practice operations, including scheduling, billing, and coding.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
5. Create and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient care.
6. Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
7. Facilitate communication between medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
9. Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
10. Review patient feedback and implement changes to improve patient satisfaction.
