1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient patient intake process by accurately and efficiently collecting patient information.
3. Verify patient insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
4. Communicate with patients and their families to gather necessary medical information and update records as needed.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns patients may have.
6. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
