- Collect and verify patient information: Accurately and efficiently collect and verify patient information including personal information, medical history, insurance information, and other necessary details.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Welcome patients and their families with a warm and friendly demeanor, answer any questions they may have, and provide them with an overall positive experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures to ensure the privacy of patient information.
- Ensure accuracy of data: Thoroughly review patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and make necessary corrections as needed.
- Communicate effectively: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to gather and exchange information.
- Assist with scheduling and referrals: Collaborate with other departments to assist with scheduling appointments and managing referrals for patients.
