1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Collect and verify patient information, including personal and insurance details.
3. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other departments as needed.
4. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
5. Provide assistance to patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

14. Assist with training and mentoring new Patient Intake Specialists as needed.
