  1. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to develop and implement patient-centered care strategies.
  2. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive and satisfactory patient experience.
  3. Conduct regular assessments of patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and facilitate training programs for staff to enhance their awareness and understanding of patient-centered care.
  5. Monitor and address patient feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in patient experience to continuously improve our services.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance the patient experience.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote patient-centered care initiatives and programs.
  9. Educate patients and their families on their rights and responsibilities while receiving care at our facility.
  10. Act as a resource for staff and management on patient experience related matters.
  11. Participate in patient experience-related committees and meetings to represent the organization's mission and goals.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient experience.
  13. Act as a role model for patient-centered care and provide guidance and support to staff members.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient Experience Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Patient Satisfaction Measurement And Improvement Strategies.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
