
Patient Connect Representative
The Deaconess Health System is seeking a Patient Connect Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating patients on our services, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients
- Educate patients on Deaconess Health System services
- Respond to inquiries from patients in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of patient information is maintained and updated
- Answer questions regarding health insurance claims and billing processes
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to enter and maintain patient records
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and coworkers
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
