1. Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients recovering from surgeries.
2. Monitor and document vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
3. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare team.
5. Monitor and report any changes or concerns in patient's condition to healthcare team.
6. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
7. Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
8. Utilize proper body mechanics and assistive devices to prevent injury to self and patients.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
11. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills.
12. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
13. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and quality care.
14. Comfort and support patients and their families during their recovery process.
15. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or healthcare team.
