Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Staff, Patients, And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management.
