Job Description

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals, while utilizing your skills and knowledge gained through your nursing education.   1. Provide exceptional patient care: Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and treatment, with a focus on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  2. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
  3. Participate in the December 2024 cohort: Attend and actively engage in all trainings, meetings, and activities as part of the December 2024 cohort, and contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.
  4. Work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals: Collaborate with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care, and learn from their expertise and knowledge.
  5. Utilize skills and knowledge gained through nursing education: Apply the knowledge and skills gained through nursing education to provide evidence-based care and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.
  6. Show eagerness to learn and grow in nursing career: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop as a nurse, by actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  7. Share passion for making a positive impact: Share the organization's passion for making a positive impact in the lives of patients, and actively contribute to creating a caring and compassionate healthcare environment.
  8. Uphold ethical and professional standards: Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with all policies and procedures of the organization.
  9. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited University Or College.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Indiana.

  • Cpr And Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Completion Of Clinical Rotations And Hands-On Experience In Various Healthcare Settings.

  • Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills.
