  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
  2. Utilize your clinical expertise to assess and evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and options.
  4. Conduct thorough patient education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and available resources to promote understanding and empowerment in decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and changes in healthcare to provide the most current and effective care to patients.
  7. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and their rights are respected.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting, Preferably In A Specialty Area Such As Oncology, Cardiology, Or Neurology.

  • Certification As An Oncology Certified Nurse (Ocn) Or Similar Specialty Certification Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Navigate And Coordinate Patient Care Across Multiple Departments And Healthcare Providers.
