  1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of providers' time.
  3. Accurately collect and enter patient information into electronic medical records.
  4. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  5. Manage patient flow and ensure timely rooming of patients.
  6. Assist providers with various administrative tasks, such as charting and documentation.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  9. Communicate with patients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  15. Follow all established policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Credential

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Urgent Care Setting

  • Proficient In Electronic Medical Record (Emr) Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal
