1. Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
2. Maintain a high level of proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
3. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
4. Record and maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory tests and procedures performed.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
7. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and procedures.
8. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and biohazardous waste in accordance with established protocols.

11. Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
