• Oversee the operations and management of all physician practices within Deaconess Health System, ensuring the highest level of quality care for patients.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of physician practice operations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of physician practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide exceptional care to patients.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for physician practices, ensuring financial responsibility and sustainability.
• Serve as a liaison between physician practices and other departments within Deaconess Health System.
• Lead and participate in meetings, committees, and other activities to foster communication and collaboration across departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within our physician practices.
