  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outreach Lab, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to support the growth and success of the lab services, in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the lab team, promoting a high standard of quality and customer service.
  4. Manage a team of lab technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth coordination of lab services with other areas of the organization.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the lab services to enhance client satisfaction and overall performance.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the lab and clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting the lab services and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to lab operations, safety, and confidentiality.
  11. Prepare and manage the lab services budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
  12. Act as a role model for the lab team, demonstrating strong leadership skills, integrity, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  13. Actively participate in professional development activities, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills in the areas of client services and healthcare.
  14. Represent the organization and the lab services at community events and conferences, promoting awareness and engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Client Services And Outreach Lab Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Client Satisfaction And Retention.
