We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our Capital Construction department. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our capital construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch facilities to support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of capital construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Ensure that all construction projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within budget.
  6. Hire, train, and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure that construction projects meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  8. Negotiate contracts and review bids to ensure the best quality and value for the organization.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline construction project management and ensure consistency across all projects.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in construction management, and make recommendations for improvement or adoption.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external agencies, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among all project team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Capital Construction Projects, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes, Building Codes, And Regulations.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Contractors, Subcontractors, And Vendors.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Communicate Effectively With Upper Management.
