  1. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with infectious diseases.
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with various infectious diseases.
  3. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to accurately diagnose infectious diseases.
  4. Serve as a consultant and resource for other healthcare providers in the management of infectious diseases.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current research, treatments, and technologies related to infectious diseases.
  6. Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

  16. Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

  18. Participate in community outreach and education programs related to infectious disease prevention and treatment.
  19. Serve as a role model for other healthcare providers and contribute to a positive work culture.
  20. Comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Residency Training In Internal Medicine Or Pediatrics.

  • Fellowship Training In Infectious Diseases.

  • Board Certification In Infectious Diseases By The American Board Of Internal Medicine Or American Board Of Pediatrics.

  • Active Medical License In The State Of Indiana And Eligibility For Hospital Privileges At Deaconess Health System.
