1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the Med/Surg unit, following established protocols and procedures.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
3. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and aftercare instructions.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
9. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational opportunities.
