- Facilitate recruitment and hiring processes by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts or concerns.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR and organizational development.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
