  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in their homes.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team.
  5. Ensure patients' safety and well-being at all times.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
  14. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Home Health Aide (Hha) Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Home Health Or Long-Term Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Medical Terminology And Ability To Perform Basic Medical Tasks, Such As Taking Vital Signs And Administering Medications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Provide Compassionate Care And Assist With Activities Of Daily Living, Such As Bathing, Grooming, And Meal Preparation.
