1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all Deaconess Health System facilities.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive facility maintenance plan to ensure the highest standards of safety and functionality.
3. Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
