We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Application Analyst to join our team and support our EPIC ASAP system.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to the EPIC ASAP system.
  2. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and proper functionality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  5. Train and provide ongoing support to end-users, including clinicians and administrative staff, to ensure efficient and effective use of the EPIC ASAP system.
  6. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Stay informed of industry updates and best practices related to EPIC ASAP and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
  8. Participate in system testing and implementation of new features or upgrades.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the clinical staff and IT department to communicate system updates and gather feedback for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations in handling patient data and information.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for urgent system issues.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to data security and system usage.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Asap Module.

  • Epic Asap Certification Is Required.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
