- Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations, including administering necessary medical treatment and interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate care.
- Remain calm and composed in high-stress and fast-paced environments to effectively handle emergency situations.
- Assist in the triage process by assessing patient needs and prioritizing care accordingly.

- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and expand knowledge and skills in emergency care.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental meetings and committees.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively to patients and the community.
Current Certification As An Emergency Medical Technician (Emt) Or Paramedic.
Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick, Accurate Decisions In High-Stress Situations.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Room Setting.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Basic Life Support Techniques And Emergency Medical Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Provide Quality Patient Care.
