
Departure Lounge Nurse (Registered Nurse)

As a Departure Lounge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients preparing for discharge from our facility. - Provide compassionate care: The Departure Lounge Nurse is responsible for providing compassionate care to patients preparing for discharge from the facility. This includes addressing their needs, concerns, and providing emotional support.
- Facilitate discharge process: The Departure Lounge Nurse is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the discharge process for patients. This includes ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, medications are ordered, and follow-up appointments are scheduled.
- Monitor patient progress: The Departure Lounge Nurse is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of patients preparing for discharge. This includes assessing their physical and mental well-being and making recommendations for continued care if needed.
- Educate patients and families: The Departure Lounge Nurse is responsible for educating patients and their families on post-discharge care instructions, medications, and any other necessary information to ensure a smooth transition from the facility.

Bls And Acls Certifications
Active Rn License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Acute Care Setting
