- Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates and information regarding their care.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and patient experience.

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Sensitive Situations.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures, As Well As Insurance And Billing Processes.
