
Compensation Analyst I

- Conducting thorough analysis of current compensation programs and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with organizational goals.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation.
- Designing and implementing new compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and benefits.
- Conducting job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive pay rates.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Developing and maintaining compensation policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of communication materials related to compensation changes.
- Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related inquiries.
- Regularly reviewing and analyzing compensation data to identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
- Participating in salary surveys and benchmarking studies.
- Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential compensation records.

- Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Practices, And Regulations.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, Utilizing Tools Such As Excel And Hris Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Stakeholders.
