  1. Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided by clinical staff.
  2. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  4. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on quality improvement processes.
  7. Act as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support on quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Communicate with leadership and staff on quality improvement initiatives and progress.
  9. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to promote a culture of quality and safety.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in clinical quality and incorporate them into organizational processes.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to benchmark and improve quality metrics.
  12. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  13. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and regulatory agencies during audits and surveys.
  14. Identify and address potential risks to patient safety and recommend solutions.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Develop Action Plans For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals And Effectively Communicate Quality Metrics To Stakeholders.
