  1. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients within Deaconess Health System.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any deficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of care.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any potential risks or issues.
  6. Communicate with staff, management, and other stakeholders regarding quality improvement efforts and outcomes.
  7. Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts.
  8. Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on quality improvement processes and best practices.
  9. Serve as a resource and mentor for staff regarding quality improvement processes and initiatives.
  10. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and committees to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  11. Act as a liaison between Deaconess Health System and regulatory agencies regarding quality improvement initiatives and compliance.
  12. Conduct research and participate in benchmarking activities to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality improvement activities.
  15. Continuously evaluate and adapt quality improvement processes to align with the changing healthcare landscape.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement Or Clinical Quality Assurance In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As Joint Commission And Cms Guidelines
