Clinical Applications Analyst - Epic Cupid

Deaconess Health System is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Clinical Applications Analyst - Epic Cupid to join our team and help our organization continue to deliver the highest level of care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Epic Cupid and the ability to provide technical support and training to clinicians, physicians, and other end users. The Clinical Applications Analyst - Epic Cupid will be the primary point of contact for the Epic Cupid application and will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, or related field• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare or IT environment• Experience with Epic Cupid applications• Knowledge of healthcare workflow• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epic Cupid applications.
2. Train clinicians, physicians, and other end users in the use of Epic Cupid applications.
3. Respond to inquiries from end users regarding technical issues.
4. Develop and document system processes and procedures.
5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any system issues.
6. Work with internal departments to ensure system functionality meets user requirements.
7. Research and recommend new technologies and systems that can improve system performance.
8. Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions to system issues.
9. Maintain and update system documentation.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors.
