Job Description

Deaconess Health System is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Application Analyst, Ambulatory to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical applications and ensuring the highest levels of technical and clinical support are available to our providers.To be successful in this job, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least three years of experience in healthcare technology or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of clinical applications, clinical workflow processes, and clinical data standards. You must also have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a clinical setting, as well as the ability to effectively interact with clinical and technical personnel.We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain clinical applications for the Deaconess Health System.
  2. Ensure the highest levels of technical and clinical support for providers.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a clinical setting.
  4. Effectively interact with clinical and technical personnel.
  5. Maintain knowledge of clinical applications, clinical workflow processes, and clinical data standards.
  6. Learn and grow in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  7. Provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
  8. Implement and evaluate new technologies.
  9. Address user inquiries and resolve any issues.
  10. Develop user-friendly documentation for clinical application use.
