- Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and treatment options.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in healthcare.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Valid Rn, Lpn, Or Cma/Rma License: Candidates Must Be Licensed To Practice As An Rn, Lpn, Or Cma/Rma In The State Of Indiana. This Ensures That They Have Met The Educational And Competency Requirements Necessary To Provide Quality Patient Care.
Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Family Medicine Or Primary Care Setting. This Experience Demonstrates Their Ability To Handle A Variety Of Patient Needs And Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Clinic Rn, Lpn, Or Cma/Rma, Effective Communication Is Essential In Providing Patient Care And Working With Other Healthcare Professionals. Candidates Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Patients, Families, And Colleagues.
Attention To Detail: Working In A Clinic Setting Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As Even Small Errors Can Have Serious Consequences For Patients. Candidates Should Demonstrate A Strong Ability To Follow Protocols And Accurately Document Patient Information.
