1. Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
6. Educate and counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and treatment options.
7. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in healthcare.
11. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
13. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
14. Follow clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
