1. Assist pediatric providers in providing high-quality and compassionate care to young patients in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
2. Greet and check in patients, verifying their personal and insurance information.
3. Take patient vital signs and record them accurately in electronic medical records.
4. Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with procedures.
5. Administer medications and vaccines as directed by providers.
6. Perform basic laboratory tests and accurately record results.
7. Clean and stock exam rooms, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients.
8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and instructions as needed.
