1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist patients with check-in process, including verifying and updating personal and insurance information.
3. Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visit with the provider.
4. Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, documenting patient history, and assisting with procedures.
5. Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare team members.
8. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care.
9. Clean and sanitize exam rooms and equipment after each patient visit.
10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
11. Monitor and order medical supplies and equipment as needed.
12. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
13. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on healthcare procedures and regulations.
14. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager or healthcare provider.
