  1. Greet and welcome patients to the At Work Clinic with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Assist patients with checking in and completing necessary paperwork.
  3. Take patients' vital signs and record in their electronic medical records.
  4. Administer medications and assist with minor medical procedures as directed by a physician.
  5. Prepare and maintain exam rooms for patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring that they are comfortable and informed about their care.
  7. Work closely with physicians and other medical staff to provide high-quality and efficient patient care.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
  9. Follow proper infection control procedures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
  10. Assist with scheduling patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests as needed.
  11. Educate patients on self-care and home management of their conditions.
  12. Collaborate with insurance companies and other healthcare providers to ensure proper coordination of care.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and clinic operations.
  14. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  15. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and continuing education opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Possession Of A Valid Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse (Rn), Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn), Or Certified Medical Assistant (Cma/Rma) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Urgent Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Health Record Systems And Other Medical Software, As Well As Proficiency In Performing Basic Medical Procedures And Administering Medications.
